  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 avocados (peeled, then diced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 onion cut into pieces

How to make:

  1. Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil on a nonstick pan. Then, stir-fry the ginger and garlic, but don't over-brown it to prevent it from burning.
  2. After that, immediately enter the noodles, onion, avocado, oyster sauce, soy sauce into the pan.
  3. Stir briefly until everything is evenly mixed

Materials:

  • Vegetable oil for frying to taste
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 cup of bread flour (can be less or more adapted to the size of an avocado)

  • 2 avocados (peeled, then cut into elongated shapes like sticks)

Sauce ingredients:

  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of plain yogurt

How to make:

  1. In a separate container, prepare flour, bread flour, and eggs that have been shaken for baluran.
  2. Sprinkle avocado sticks with salt and pepper to taste, depending on your taste.
