  • 4 pieces of lettuce leaves

  • 1 stalk of leeks, thinly sliced ​​the white part
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • Powdered pepper to taste

How to make

  • Heat the oil in the pan. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Then add the minced meat and cook until cooked.
  • After that, add the mashed tempeh, egg yolk, soy sauce, pepper, salt, nutmeg powder, chives and celery onion. Stir all ingredients until evenly mixed.
  • Form a flat round dough as wide as diabetes burger bread. After that, spread with egg white until evenly distributed. Then bake on Teflon until browned. Lift and set aside.
  • Take the burger bread and split it into two parts. Brush with mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Slip lettuce, tomatoes and tempeh in it.

  • 250-300 grams of tempeh, steamed and then puree
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stalk of finely chopped celery leaves
  • 3 shallots cloves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to make

  • Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and shake it off 2 eggs. Make 4 thin omelet. Lift and let stand.
  • Saute onion and garlic until fragrant and wilted. Then add tempeh, flour, 1 egg, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly mixed. After that, divide the mixture into 4 parts.
  • Place the cooled omelet on a piece of plastic that has been smeared with vegetable oil. Flatten the mixture on top and gently roll the eggs while compressing. Then, glue with the rest of the egg or flour mixture. Repeat the same way until all the dough runs out.
  • After all the dough is wrapped, heat the steaming pan and steam the mixture for about 30 minutes or until done. Lift and wind at room temperature.
  • Then cut according to taste and the rolade tempe is ready to be served.

3. Cheese tempeh balls

  • 200-300 grams of tempeh, steamed and then puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stem of leaf onion, thinly sliced ​​
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

Seasonings that need to be smoothed:

  • 5 red onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Powdered pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Powdered broth to taste

Wrap material for making tempeh balls:

  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 100 gr coarse bread flour

How to make

  • Prepare a large container and then mix the tempeh with the mashed spices. Then stir until smooth. Add the eggs and leeks, then stir again until blended.
  • Then, take one tablespoon of the mixture. Flatter and place the cheese block and cover until the cheese is wrapped in perfect with tempeh mixture. Do the same until the tempe mixture is used up.
  • Dip tempeh balls in flour solution and roll them into bread flour. Keep the tempeh balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour so the bread flour sticks perfectly.
  • After that, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in Teflon and bake until the tempeh balls are brownish yellow.
