Then, change legs and repeat until you feel better.

3. Compress with ice
If your feet feel throbbing and experience redness, then you can compress them using ice. Ice can help constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling. It's easy, take ice cubes or ice that has melted using a towel then wrap your lower leg. Remember not to put ice cubes directly on your skin because it can cause damage to skin tissue. Repeat until you feel much better.
4. Massaging the foot
Massaging your feet helps to relieve aches and pains. You can do it yourself or ask for help from an expert therapist. Massage helps smooth the blocked blood circulation, reduces lymphatic swelling, and relieves minor injuries that may occur due to wearing high heels.
