According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the maximum limit of consumption of sugar in one day is 50 grams of sugar, equivalent to 4 tablespoons. But in reality, often this sugar intake has been spent in one snack or a bottle of soft drink.
In fact, excessive sugar intake can not only cause obesity but also trigger various kinds of dangerous diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and so on.
